Claims Assessor (full and part time available) - Altrincham, Cheshire
This is a permanent position for both a Full Time and Part Time Claims Assessor in Altrincham, Cheshire
£16,000 p/a uncapped commission (pro rata)
The Call Centre is open Monday - Thursday between 9.00am to 8pm and Friday 9.00am to 2pm, therefore you will be required to work varied shifts between these hours.
Typical shifts are:
Full Time: Mon-Thur: 10.15am -7pm or 1:15am - 8pm (alternating weekly) Fri: 10:15 - 2pm
Key Duties and Responsibilities
•Contacting customers who have been introduced to the company. •Ability to quickly obtain information to identify the best claims solutions for applicants. •Ability to discuss & input key financial information to a high standard to ensure consumer claims are processed seamlessly. •Ensure that all leads are exploited to their full potential. •To ensure individual daily targets are achieved and exceeded taking ownership of your own performance •To monitor own performance against target implementing remedial action as required. •To provide support to colleagues as and when required. •To work within a regulatory framework prescribed by the Ministry of Justice Skills Required
•Detailed knowledge of the company's processes (full training provided) •Must have previous experience in one of the following industries:
•Claims Industry •Debt Management •Loans /financial products •Call Centre or within a high pressured environment Applicants should be target Driven, motivated and thrive in a highly pressured environment. They should also possess the following:
•Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner •Excellent listening skills •Proven record of success within sales and be able to evidence this. •Positive and professional approach to all areas of work •Basic IT understanding and data inputting skills •Ability to take on training provided and actively implement it to improve your skills within the role.
