An excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Telephone Advisor to join this financial services company. The role will be within the Life Business Unit to support the growth of the Operation's "Direct" distribution channel. Once your training programme is complete your main responsibility will be to maximise the sales of Life, Pensions and Investments on a direct basis whilst maintaining standards of compliance and customer care.

Job Role

*Carry out sales activity to agreed personal targets
*Deal with administration promptly and effectively ensuring adequate records are kept.
*Work in conjunction with members of the lead generation teams to provide advice to customers
*Maintain an adequate level of product knowledge and skills
*Operate within the FSA rules and adhere to the Company's compliance standards
*Create business development opportunities through a structured and systematic approach

Person Specification:

*You must have previous experience within a Financial Services Sales Role
*You should already hold Diploma in Financial Services, or be nearing completion of the Diploma qualification
*Able to demonstrate personal initiative and drive
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Be articulate and precise
*PC literate
